D-R-A-F-T arhitekti is an interdisciplinary and collaborative architectural studio founded in 2008 and led by architect and artist Matej Mljač, M.Arch.

 Matej Mljač graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, in 1998. In 1999, he was granted the status of an independent artist in the fields of art and architecture.

He continued his postgraduate studies at the Pratt Institute – Graduate School of Architecture in New York, where he received his Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree in 2003.

Matej Mljač works across the fields of architecture, art, photography, design, and writing. Alongside his architectural practice, he has explored questions of space, perception, and the built environment through a series of solo art installations, exhibitions, photography, and other artistic projects.

D-R-A-F-T arhitekti is an interdisciplinary architectural studio founded in 2008 and based in Slovenia. The practice is led by architect and artist Matej Mljač and operates across different scales and typologies, from urbanism and residential architecture to public, commercial, and infrastructural projects.

The studio approaches architecture as more than the production of buildings. Its work is based on a continuous exploration of the relationship between space, landscape, context, material, light, and the people who inhabit it.
